We take better care

That’s not an empty statement, it’s what we strive for every day.

Our caregivers and nurses help seniors and people with medical challenges to remain living in their own home with safety and comfort. Whatever the nature or level of service you or a loved one requires, we take a highly individualized approach to home care, characterized by professional excellence, empathy, and respect.

We offer a full range of care, from safety supervision, companionship and assistance with daily living or homemaker tasks, to bedside support for complex medical conditions like dementia, and palliative care. Explore our services and see why In-Home Assisted Living certified caregivers, Personal Support Workers (PSW) and Registered Nurses (RN & RPN) really take and give better care.

BETTER HOME CARE

We customize an individualized care plan for each individual or family we assist, be it in an in-home setting, seniors’ home, long-term care facility or hospital. Our individualized care plans are designed specifically to meet each family’s needs and budget.

BETTER HOSPITAL BEDSIDE STAFF

We are a highly respected provider of nursing and PSW staffing services to many of Ontario’s hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living residences and  retirement homes. When your loved one needs more attention than offered by your hospital or care facility, we are authorized and qualified to provide private bedside patient support. Our one-on-one caregivers work with facility staff to ensure your loved one receives the level of personal attention and care that they need and deserve.

BETTER JOBS AND BETTER FIT FOR CAREGIVERS AND NURSES

We carefully match caregivers and nurses to each family to ensure the best possible level of care. Our primary goal is to match skills, personalities, locations, and schedules so our caregivers develop long-term relationships of trust and confidence with patients and their families. We thoroughly screen, background check, and verify skills and certifications. Beyond skills and experience, we select and retain caregivers with traits like empathy and compassion over and above their required qualifications.
